Hotel Le Montrachet Puligny-Montrachet, Beaune, Côte d’Or An early 19th century inn built in a typical Burgundian wine producing village. The limestone buildings are set round a renovated pedestrian square and park belonging to the establishment. Le Montrachet has a 4 star classification. The bedrooms, renovated between 2010 and 2020, are arranged in three levels in reference to the hierarchy of Burgundy wines, 'Village', 'Premier cru' and 'Grand cru'. The hotel, restaurant and a private ‘Maison Bourgeoise’villa are just a few steps from the legendary vineyard: Le Montrachet (bare mountain), which produces the wines that are renowned throughout the world. Château de Gilly Gilly-lès-Cîteaux, Château de Gilly, former residence of the Cistercian Monks, is located two minutes from the famous village of Vougeot at the heart of the finest wine (“Grand Cru”) producing area in Burgundy, between Dijon and Beaune. It has preserved its authentic Fourteenth and Sixteenth Century character, reflected in its moats and dining roomwith its magnificent vaulted ceiling. The 48 rooms and suites in the château and its two outbuildings of the same era are elaborately decorated and have preserved the tradition and character of this historical building. The charm of a bourgeois property in harmony with nature: 22 rooms and four spacious apartments in three buildings in more than five hectares. It upholds an intimate and cosy atmosphere where every guest receives a personal welcome. At the Michelin starred gourmet restaurant, the chef serves traditional cuisine with a modern touch.
